Sarah B. Fandrey
Sarah B. Fandrey is an associate at Powell Coleman & Arnold LLP. Prior to joining Powell Coleman & Arnold LLP, Sarah worked at a leading national law firm.
Sarah represents real estate investors and developers throughout the nation in the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing and financing of real estate projects. Sarah also has experience representing lenders and servicers in loan origination and servicing, loan sales, workouts, modifications, foreclosures and real estate securitization. In addition, Sarah serves as business counsel to clients, preparing corporate documents such as partnership agreements and limited liability company agreements, in addition to management agreements, brokerage agreements and other service contracts.
Sarah received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006, her M.S.W. and graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2009, and her J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2013. During law school, Sarah had an externship with Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary Ann Medler for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Sarah values community service and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Albion Fellows Bacon Center and Home Services, Inc.
Sarah grew up in the Midwest and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Tim, and their son, Brooks.
