Carol D. Satterfield is a partner in Powell Coleman & Arnold LLP. Previously she was an associate in the Dallas office of a national law firm.

Ms. Satterfield has represented investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, management and leasing of real estate projects of all types, including office buildings, hotel and resort properties, multi-family projects, raw land and industrial property. She also has experience in a variety of commercial lending transactions including acquisition, construction and permanent financing.

Ms. Satterfield received her B.S. from Florida State University. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law, cum laude, in 2000. Ms. Satterfield is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. Ms. Satterfield is a member of Attorneys Serving the Community and was selected to serve as Co-Chair for 2007-2009.
