John L. Kee, III has been a partner in Powell Coleman & Arnold LLP since the firm was founded. Previously he was a partner in the Dallas office of a national law firm.

Mr. Kee has represented developers in a variety of real estate transactions with particular emphasis on retail and office leasing. He has more than 25 years of experience representing some of the largest shopping centers in the country.

Mr. Kee received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 1978 and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas in 1981. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association.
