Michael A. Deahl
Michael A. Deahl is one of the founding partners of Powell Coleman & Arnold LLP. Previously he was a partner in the Dallas office of a national law firm.
Mr. Deahl has broad experience in a wide array of real estate transactions in Texas and other markets throughout the United States, representing developers, investors, owners and lending institutions. His experience includes the acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition of real estate projects of all types, the leasing of retail, office and industrial space, the formation of business entities for the ownership and development of real property, and loan workouts and restructuring. He also routinely serves as local counsel for out-of-state developers, investors, owners and lenders closing transactions in the State of Texas.
Mr. Deahl is listed in Best Lawyers in America and has also served on the boards of numerous religious, charitable and other non-profit organizations. He was born in Torrington, Wyoming and received his undergraduate degree in 1976 and his J.D. degree in 1980, both with honors, from the University of Wyoming. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has practiced law in Dallas since graduating from law school.
